Lady Kontrast - Trude

A portrait split straight down the middle: on one side a wide blue eye under a heavy brow, on the other a smaller dark one, the two halves held together by a red mouth. Her bob falls in bands of cobalt, bright blue and pink, red disc earrings hang on beaded strings, and she wears a purple dress edged with red zigzag stitching. The background is flat green.

Painted in acrylic with visible brushwork and heavy black outlines. Trude is a German artist working from her own studio in watercolour and acrylic, drawn to people, nature and everyday moments, and to colour, playful pattern and expressive characters. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
