Magic Waterfall - Dikhotomy

Three women in green, purple and blue robes stand at the lip of a cliff and tip tall golden jars, and the water they pour turns into a real waterfall falling into dark rock below. The upper half is a painting under a bright blue sky, the lower half a photograph of white water and wet stone.

Made as a digital collage, a classical painting joined to a landscape photograph along the line of the falling water. Dikhotomy is the project of Nando López, a Barcelona-based artist who blends digital illustration, collage and pop art. Available as a poster or fine art canvas print in multiple sizes.
